Kua Notify

Data Deletion

You can delete your data from Kua Notify at any time. This page explains how, for both businesses that use Kua Notify and recipients who receive messages through it.

If you use Kua Notify (a business)

From your dashboard you can, at any time:

• Disconnect your WhatsApp number (removes your stored, encrypted access token).
• Remove any contact (name and phone number).
• Rotate your API key.

To delete your entire workspace — account, connection, contacts and activity logs — email dev@kua.cl from your account email with the subject "Delete my workspace". We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you receive messages through Kua Notify (a recipient)

To have your phone number and any related records removed, either:

• Ask the business that messages you to remove you from their contacts, or
• Email dev@kua.cl with the phone number you want removed.

We process the request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted. After deletion you will no longer receive messages sent through Kua Notify by that business.
