Kua Notify

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Kua Notify, a WhatsApp notification platform operated by KUA SPA (Chile). By connecting a WhatsApp Business account or sending messages through Kua Notify, you agree to these terms.

The service

Kua Notify lets you connect your own WhatsApp Business account, create message templates, manage contacts, and send notifications from a dashboard or via our API. You retain ownership of your account, your templates and your contacts.

Acceptable use

• You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's platform terms at all times.
• Send only to recipients who have opted in to receive your messages. No spam, no unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Message templates and content must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading, abusive, or prohibited by WhatsApp.
• You are responsible for the phone numbers you upload and for having the necessary consent to contact them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login and API keys secure and for all activity under your workspace. You may rotate your API key or disconnect your WhatsApp number at any time.

WhatsApp Business Platform

Messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and are subject to Meta's terms, pricing and messaging limits. Kua Notify is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, and is not responsible for Meta's availability, decisions, or charges.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability or delivery. WhatsApp message delivery depends on Meta and the recipient's account.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KUA SPA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the WhatsApp Business Policy.
